Message from Dr. Salma Halai Badruddin:

As I watch the Pakistan Nutrition and Dietetic Society grow and flourish, it reminds me of a saying I read.

“Winning doesn’t always mean being first, winning means you are doing better than you have done before”.

The PNDS is doing better than it has ever done before and Insha Allah with the dedication and hard work of all the members it will soar to even greater heights in the future.
I am sure this website will prove useful not only to the PNDS members but also to the public in general as a source of scientific and updated information on Nutrition and Health. In addition it can become an active forum for discussion of nutrition and dietetic related issues amongst all health professionals.
All the best!
